Follow these steps to set up your 3D portfolio website in less than 5 minutes using Wearhouse!

Here’s what it should look like if you set it up properly.

Preparing your models

  1. Sizing

The dimensions of the models seen on this demo is about 1.2m (width) and 1.4m (height). Sizing the model so that the height would be somewhere in between 1.4m and 1.6m will lead to best results (compatible to different screen sizes).

2. Model Origin

Make sure to properly set the origin of the model as the center. You can do this in Blender by right-clicking a model and choosing Set Origin > Origin to Geometry.

3. Export

Currently, Wearhouse only supports glTF and glb files. On Blender, click on the model you want to export, then go to Files > Export > glTF 2.0. Then, make sure to select “glTF Binary (.glb)” or “glTF Embedded (.glTF) on the Format field (on the right column).

Creating and editing your 3D portfolio

On your editor, you can edit the title of the page, add social media links, and set the dark/bright theme of your 3D portfolio.

Then, upload your models and add title/description to your models. Add links to NFT marketplaces or AR fashion platforms where your designs are listed.

Reach out to @wearhouse3D in Twitter if you have any specific questions, and you can also book a 1:1 video call if you would like the Wearhouse team to help out with the setup!
